Lee Case Length Gauge & Shell Holder 7x57

Product Review (submitted on September 25, 2015):

Normal case trimming is tedious. Setting up a 300 USD machine, testing, adjusting and hoping that nothing changes while using it.

In comes Lee with the best setup ever. A fixed rod, no adjustments and instant results. No change from batch to batch.

I have the cutter and stud mounted in a benchdrill at 600 rpm. The base ive hooked up to an handle. Than its as simple as clamping the unprimed boxer shellcase to the base, stick the case on the gauge/cutter, press with about 2 kilos of pressure, wait for the cutter to stop reaming off brass, remove from gauge, chamfer (lee has a cheap tool for that too), unclamp and presto.

Every 10 seconds a conditioned case... And a lot cheaper than with the finicky lathe type machines.

Using these gauges in different calibres for over 25 years. Still using my first cutter/ gauge combo and it is stll working as on day one!
