this tool is suitable for 45/70 Govt cases or the LEE L90110 tool can be used for this case type?

Lee Large Cutter with Lock Stud L90401 is needed for 480 Ruger, 500 S&W and the 50 BMG (for .475" bullet diameter and larger). The large cutter can also be used with all bullet diameters smaller than .475".
